Case Manager (Residential)

Provide case management services to youth in the Residential Program. Responsible for monthly case recordings, correspondence, progress reports, and other written communication necessary for treatment plan implementation. Must be in attendance at court hearings, family support team meeting, and other conferences as needed. Undergraduate degree (preferably B.S.W.) in the Human Services field, with at least two (2) years experience working with children and families. Knowledge of community resources and child welfare services; case management skills; good oral and written communication skills; knowledge of group dynamics and child development.

Child Care Worker

Responsible for providing basic life skills such as assistance with tutoring homework, teaching proper hygiene, conflict resolution, and behavior management. Must have a minimum of 60 credit hours from an accredited institution and a minimum of one (1) year experience in a residential setting. Must possess an Associate or Bachelor's degree in any human services.

Night Care Worker

Responsible for overseeing the children at night to assure that the children are protected and safe from harm, performs light laundry duties and maintains shift logs. High School diploma or equivalent and have 1 to 3 years experience working with children in an institutional setting.

Transitional Living Counselors

Responsible for providing social work services to residents/clients in the Transitional Living Program. This position will also assist residents/clients with basic living skills in career planning and development, employment search and retention, home management skills, meal planning, financial management, housing search, knowledge of community resources, budgeting skills and more. Must possess an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in any Human Services field and have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in case management, child development (particularly adolescence), child welfare, etc. Must also have good oral and written communication skills, good assessment skills, and two years previous experience with troubled families and youth.

Transitional Living Aides

Responsible for assisting the Transitional Living Residents with basic living skills and providing assistance and support to the Transitional Living Counselors. Must have a minimum of 60 credit hours from an accredited institution and a minimum of one (1) year experience in a residential setting. Prefer BA/BS degree in any human services.
