Richard L. King

A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Richard L. King serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Annie Malone Children & Family Service Center, one of the oldest child welfare agencies in the St. Louis community.

Richard completed his undergraduate study in sociology at the University of Nebraska-Omaha and received a Master of Social Work Degree from the Saint Louis University School of Social Work. He is a graduate of the Leadership Center of St. Louis and Leadership Winston-Salem. Richard has served on a number of nonprofit boards and committees since 1977. He is a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers.

Richard's daily responsibilities for the operation of Annie Malone require his expertise and timely application of personnel administration, budgeting, strategic planning, policy implementation and evaluation skills.
